Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, installing the MeloDeal application, or otherwise using MeloDeal's services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

MeloDeal connects to your HubSpot CRM account and, where configured, your Sonos speaker system, to play audio notifications ("jingles") when specified events occur in your CRM, such as a deal being marked as closed/won.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a MeloDeal account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and payment

MeloDeal is billed at a flat rate of €50 per month per account, regardless of the number of users, jingles, or connected speakers, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including HubSpot and Sonos. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and MeloDeal is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance.

6. Acceptable use

• You will not use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party's rights.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• You will not use the Service to process data you are not authorized to process.

7. Intellectual property

MeloDeal and its logos, jingles, and branding are the property of [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service as intended.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.
